It's not going to be the same as the original Toy Story. IT NEVER WILL.

I dont know EXACLY what the story is, it used to be all the buzzlightyear toys were recalled, including andy's toy, so the toys go on a rescue to taiwan, to rescue buzz (No lie.)
But then they scrapped that idea, now it has something to do with andy taking them to a daycare or something...

FINALLY! Ever since the end of Toy Story 2 and hearing rumors in 2006 about Toy Story 3 and now they finally set a release DATE! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO AND TRAILER!

I loved Toy Story 1 and 2, but I wonder if part of it was the fact I was so young. Pixar's an amazing studio, but I don't know if they can follow up those blockbusters after a 10-11 year hiatus.
Plot twist:
When the toys are dropped off at day care they meet (meet'n'fuck) a NEW version of Buzz named Bill. Buzz and Bill don't get along, but they are accidentally picked up by the wrong kid and taken home. They must journey back, which unites them and shows them the true meaning of friendship.
Then Andy cuts his dick off and feeds it to his dog for the last hour and thirty minutes of the film.
That sounds.... OKAY.... except for the last hour and thirty mins, that sounds epic...

I already knew Toy Story 3 was coming out and I didn't think it would be that great...
until I saw that preview.
Now I think it still might be possible for it to measure up to the last two :D

people wondering about the plot:
there were rumors floating around
back when this sequel was pixarless and back when pixar was working on it of two possible plots one of which I'm sure they are using.
plot 1: all the buzz lightyears have a malfunction and are recalled to Taiwan where they were built. all the toys go to taiwan to get Buzz back.
plot 2: andy is an adult going to college and the toys are left all alone. eventually they are sold to a day care and separated.
